Welcome to the Gardens Galore website .

Gardening is a very large subject and in this website I will attempt to bring together information that will assist people in their gardening efforts under sections such as gardens, gardening how to, flowers and plants. My main aim however is to show off some of the floral beauty of Cape Town and to do so I will be publishing many photographs of the wild and cultivated flowers that abound in and around Cape Town.

Cape Town is part of the capenis, the Cape Floral Kingdom which is the smallest floral kingdom in the world but is blessed with in excess of eight thousand different species of plants. Table Mountain one of Cape Town's main tourist attractions has more species of plant on it than you will find in the whole of the United Kingdom. Just click on the links above to see some of the floral splendour which awaits you in Cape Town.
